You earn 5–15% of the patient's total treatment cost at the hospital. The exact percentage depends on the destination country and hospital. This calculator uses a blended 9% midpoint — a conservative estimate. Your actual rates may be higher, depending on the hospitals you refer to. Exact rates are confirmed during your onboarding conversation with your dedicated RPM.

As your referral volume grows, you progress through partner tiers with increasing bonus rates on top of your base commission. Bronze (starting tier): standard rate. Silver (10+ referrals/month including 2 inpatient): +10% bonus. Gold (20+ referrals/month including 5 inpatient): +20% bonus. Platinum (50+ referrals/month including 10 inpatient): +30% bonus. Tier bonuses are applied to your base commission rate — so a 10% base rate at Silver tier becomes 11% effective.

Travel agents keep 100% of their normal travel commissions (flights, hotels, transfers) booked through their existing channels. On top of that, M1H pays a separate treatment commission (5–15%). The two revenue streams are completely independent — you earn both on the same client. This stacked model means healthcare travel clients generate 5–10x more revenue per booking than standard travel clients.

Commissions are reconciled monthly and paid to 160+ countries in USD or your choice of 140+ local currencies. You also get a built-in USD wallet where you can hold earnings and withdraw anytime ($250 minimum). Every payment is tracked transparently through the RPS platform — you can see every case and every commission in real time.

The estimates in this calculator are based on typical treatment costs and a conservative 9% blended commission rate. Actual earnings depend on the procedures you refer, the hospitals in the network, your referral volume, and your partner tier. Most new partners who actively work with their RPM complete their first successful referral within 30–60 days. The projections shown here are illustrative — your RPM will discuss specific rates for your corridors during onboarding.
