You earn 5–15% of the total treatment cost for every successful referral. The commission applies to all cosmetic and aesthetic procedures in the M1H network: rhinoplasty, dental veneers, hair transplants, breast augmentation, body contouring, facelifts, and more. Many clients combine multiple procedures in a single trip, which increases the total treatment value and your commission per referral.

No — it's optional. Many cosmetic partners join with a quick onboarding process and no certification. The CHWTP certification ($199) is available if you want deeper training and a professional credential — especially valuable if you're building a dedicated cosmetic tourism business rather than adding referrals as an occasional service.

The M1H network covers the full range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures: rhinoplasty, dental veneers and implants, hair transplants (FUE/FUT), breast augmentation and reduction, tummy tuck and body contouring, mommy makeover (combination procedures), facelift, liposuction, blepharoplasty, and more — across leading destinations including Turkey, Thailand, South Korea, India, UAE, and Mexico. We also cover dental cosmetics (whitening, crowns, full-mouth rehabilitation) and wellness treatments (anti-aging, regenerative medicine). Your RPM will help you identify which procedures and destinations are most relevant for your client base.

That's up to you. M1H operates as your back-office infrastructure — your clients see your brand and work with you directly. The commission is paid by M1H from the hospital's referral fee, not charged to the patient. Your clients pay the same treatment price whether they find the hospital themselves or through you. You're providing a valuable service by connecting them with accredited facilities and professional coordination.

All hospitals and clinics in the M1H network meet rigorous international accreditation standards (JCI, NABH, TEMOS) and carry professional indemnity insurance. Surgeons are board-certified in their speciality. If a post-procedure complication arises, M1H provides case escalation support — working directly with the clinic on your behalf. You're never left to manage a clinical issue alone.

Commissions are paid by M1H to 160+ countries in USD or your choice of 140+ local currencies. You also get a built-in USD wallet where you can hold earnings and withdraw anytime, with a minimum withdrawal of $250. Commissions are reconciled monthly with full transparency through the RPS platform.

Yes — many of our partners operate in destination countries. You could receive inbound international patients through the M1H network, refer your own clients outbound for procedures you don't offer, or both. Talk to our team about how a destination-country partnership would work for your clinic.
